Hey guys...not sure how much this has to do with the hollaback movement...but no one else is sending me much so I thought I might put this on here...maybe some of you have some advise for this guy?

"I had 2 friends who were at a beach in California. A young guy in a car parked right next to where they were sunbathing. He moved to the passenger side, opened the door and swiveled around so he was sitting right in front of them. He was naked and started to masturbate.
